Exmark Manufacturing Company, Beatrice, Nebraska, is seeking an Inside Sales Support Representative to coordinate and support sales of Exmark products to distributors and dealers. You’ll manage order flow to help meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals, acting as the main contact for dealer sales reps.

The role emphasizes customer service, data entry accuracy, and collaboration with the sales team, with a compensation package including benefits and competitive hourly pay.

• HS Diploma with 0-2+ years of experience (sales admin preferred).
• Interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.

Responsabilités

• Call on individual dealers to cultivate new orders from direct dealers, including forecasting and responding to inquiries.
• Receive inbound sales orders, check product availability, pricing, and track shipments.
• Assist in resolving credit issues between commercial financing and sales channel.
• Place proactive outbound calls to solicit incremental orders as needed.
• Support Exmark remote sales staff through policy and program interpretation (transfers, freight, schedules).
• Assist Inside Sales Manager in allocating product for distributors and direct dealers.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Inside Sales Manager.

We're looking for an Inside Sales Support Representative who will be responsible for supporting and coordinating the sales of Exmark related products to distributors and/or direct dealers. Manage the flow of orders to ensure the attainment of monthly, quarterly and annual financial goals/plan by acting as a point of contact for distributor and dealer sales representatives.

What Will You Do?

Duties

In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• (40%) Primarily responsible for calling on individual dealers to cultivate new orders from our direct dealers. This can include forecasting, responding to dealer inquiries, demonstrating product, order status, and sales programs.
• (20%) Receive inbound sales orders for Exmark sales channel. This can include order placement, product availability, pricing, and shipment tracking.
• (15%) Assists in resolving credit issues between the commercial financing company and sales channel.
• (10%) Place proactive outbound calls to sales channel to solicit incremental orders on an as needed basis.
• (10%) Supports the sales efforts of Exmark remote sales staff through policy/program interpretation. This may include product transfers, freight exceptions, and communicating production schedules.
• (5%) Supports the Inside Sales Manager in determining allocation of product for our distributors and direct dealers.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by the Inside Sales Manager

What Do You Need?

To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:

• Level I: HS Diploma with 0-2+ years of experience required; prefer sales administrative experience
• Level II: Associate's or Bachelor's degree with 0-2+ years of experience OR HS Diploma with 2+ years of experience required; prefer sales administrative experience
• Interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
• Demonstrated problem solving ability
• Strong data entry and systems navigation skills required
