Job summary

EOLA Power is seeking a detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to support our sales and service teams with quoting, customer communication, and opportunity follow-up in a fast-paced B2B environment.

This fully in-office role is based in Orlando (or Doral) and offers commission opportunities, benefits, and opportunities to grow into account management. You will manage multiple quotes, coordinate with sales and operations, and maintain accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inside sales, sales support or quoting role in B2B environments.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professional communication skills via email and phone.
• Ability to manage multiple quotes and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience in technical, industrial, or service-based industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver service and equipment quotes for customers in a timely manner.
• Review incoming requests from sales reps and customers to ensure accurate scope and pricing.
• Follow up on open quotes to help move opportunities forward.
• Communicate with customers regarding pricing, timelines, and service options.
• Coordinate internally with sales, operations, and service teams to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain organized and detailed records in CRM and internal systems.
• Support outside sales team with customer follow-up and account support as needed.
