EOLA Power, Florida’s leading independent provider of critical UPS service and maintenance, is seeking an energetic Inside Sales SDR to join our in-office teams in Orlando or Miami. This role focuses on connecting with new customers and setting qualified meetings for the outside sales team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong communication and phone skills.
• Organized and goal-driven with a positive attitude.
• Experience with high-volume outbound environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make ~150 outbound calls per day to prospects and existing customers.
• Set meetings for outside sales and help move deals forward.
• Reconnect with past clients for service check-ins and renewals.
• Maintain detailed documentation within CRM and track customer interactions.
• Collaborate with outside sales and operations to ensure a great customer experience.
