Job summary

EOLA Power is seeking an Inside Sales Support/Quoting Specialist to join our Orlando and Doral offices in Florida. You will prepare and deliver service and equipment quotes, coordinate with sales, operations, and service teams, and follow up on open quotes in a fast-paced B2B environment.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple quotes simultaneously. Base salary is $55K with commissions, plus health, 401(k), PTO, and professional

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inside sales or quoting roles (B2B preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professional communication via email and phone.
• Ability to manage multiple quotes and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience in technical, industrial, or service-based industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver service and equipment quotes for customers in a timely manner.
• Review incoming requests to ensure accurate scope and pricing.
• Follow up on open quotes to move opportunities forward.
• Communicate with customers regarding pricing, timelines, and options.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and service teams to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain organized records in CRM and internal systems.
• Support outside sales with customer follow-up and account support.
