Job summary

Redco Foodservice Equipment, LLC is seeking an Inside Sales & Customer Support Specialist to back the outside sales team and manufacturer partners. The role blends inside sales, quoting, customer service, and light accounting/data entry to keep orders moving from quote to delivery.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities and taking ownership from request to completion.

Qualifications

• Inside sales, customer service, sales support or order-entry experience.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Experience preparing quotes and working with purchase orders.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer quotes.
• Respond to pricing, availability, product and order inquiries.
• Support Territory Sales Managers with quotes, customer follow-up and sales needs.
• Provide order status, lead-time and shipping information.
• Assist with customer issues and coordinate with manufacturers and internal departments through resolution.
• Maintain timely and professional communication with customers, dealers, manufacturers and Redco personnel.
