Duke's Root Control, Inc. is seeking an organized Inside Sales & Support Representative to support and grow Root Control programs for our customers.

You will manage opportunities from qualification through proposal, implementation, and annual reviews, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. The role offers a path to build your sales career in a dynamic, supportive environment with a salary range of $80,000–$90,000 and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales and customer-focused roles.
• Ability to manage opportunities from qualification through proposal and delivery.
• Strong communication and coordination with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary sales and support contact for smaller municipalities and agencies.
• Qualify marketing leads, prospects, and existing customer opportunities by assessing needs, timing, budget, decision processes, and fit.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Develop and present quotes, proposals, pricing options, and program plans.
• Lead annual customer reviews on performance, budgets, scheduling, and future service needs.
• Re-engage customers with reduced or inactive programs and identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain CRM/ERP data with accurate customer, budget, and scheduling information.
• Coordinate with Operations on scheduling and implementation readiness.
• Monitor budgets and progress; propose additional work when feasible.
• Travel approximately 25% of the time.
