Qualifications

• Excellent people skills and multi-tasking capabilities.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; Wynne Software system a plus.
• Team player with leadership abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR – CDL a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and urgency.
• Coordinate and dispatch trucks for equipment delivery and pickup.
• Schedule service calls, equipment maintenance, and repairs.
• Enter contracts, purchase orders, and job details into tracking systems.
• Assist customers in locating and securing equipment for their needs.
• Support sales when Outside Sales Reps are unavailable.
