We’re seeking an Inside Sales Support/Customer Service Rep to join our Albuquerque team to manage opportunities, quotes, and customer relationships. This full‑time, on‑site role requires excellent communication, time management, and collaboration with account managers and solution architects.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Inside Sales role within IT is required.
• Familiarity with Cisco CCW/CCWR tools and basic configuration knowledge.
• Strong written communication and professional presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and positive work ethic.
• Proven leadership and time management abilities.
• Ability to handle high volumes of email efficiently.
• Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related apps.
• Understanding SLED sales cycles, contracts, and procurement processes.
• High integrity handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Support sales team and customers with day‑to‑day activities.
• Create and qualify opportunities in Salesforce.
• Prepare quotes and coordinate with solution architects.
• Process orders and ensure all documentation is complete.
• Provide post‑order support and liaise with other ANM teams.
• Track lead times and shipping status for orders.
• Assist with pricing and incentive applications.
• Support government contracts analysis when needed.
