Job summary

Fonroche Lighting America, Inc. in Coppell, TX is hiring an Inside Sales Support to act as the operational hub for a specific sales territory.

You will coordinate with Sales Managers, customers, municipalities, and internal teams to move projects forward, manage Salesforce data, schedule meetings, and assist with bids and outreach. This role suits organized, proactive professionals who excel in communication and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced solar lighting business

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, customer support, project coordination, or administrative roles preferred.
• Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with customers by phone and email.
• Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems (or willingness to learn quickly).
• Ability to support multiple reps in a busy, fast-moving environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, and shared file systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate directly with customers, municipalities, and partners to gather information and confirm project details.
• Enter and maintain accounts, contacts, project information, and opportunities in Salesforce with accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement on bids, submissions, and proposal documents; coordinate with Design, Production and Operations.
• Maintain organized documentation, templates, and onboarding resources; support day-to-day admin tasks.
