Fonroche Lighting America is seeking an Inside Sales Support in Boise, ID to act as the hub for sales operations, coordinating with Sales Managers, customers, municipalities, and internal teams to keep projects moving. You will manage Salesforce data, schedule meetings, support bids, and help with events and demos, while ensuring the sales process stays organized.

The role suits someone organized, proactive, service-oriented, and comfortable interacting with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, customer support, project coordination, or administrative roles preferred.
• Strong communication skills and professional customer interaction by phone and email.
• Excellent organization to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers, municipalities, and partners to gather project details and follow up on items.
• Schedule demos, meetings, and site visits for Territory Sales Managers; manage calendars.
• Enter and maintain accounts, contacts, and opportunities in Salesforce with accuracy.
• Provide cross-functional support with bids, proposals, and logistics with production and supply chain.
