*This is a permanent remote position. Please note this position requires travel to the Headquarters location (Lansdale, PA) for onboarding and training during the first week. Do not apply unless you can travel to Headquarters during this period.

Must have lighting/electrical industry experience to be considered.

The Opportunity:

The Inside Sales Support Associate collaborates closely with the Distributor Sales Team to drive sales and maintain key relationships with internal teams, external sales representatives, and customers. The role focuses on safeguarding the customer experience and promoting Keystone’s "Light Made Easy" promise.

Your Impact:
  • Analyze customer sales data to identify trends and opportunities with management.
  • Initiate sales opportunities with existing and new customers via outbound cold calls and inbound inquiries.
  • Manage price quotes and maintain accurate customer records within our CRM system.
  • Serve as a liaison between Sales Agencies, Distributors, and Territory Managers.
  • Respond promptly to questions regarding orders via email or phone.
  • Follow up on sample requests and new quotes in accordance with Keystone policies.
  • Check order and stock availability, communicating updates to customers and internal teams.
What you bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
  • Lighting industry experience and product knowledge (required).
  • 1-2 years of inside sales experience.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, with quick response times, clear communication, and a drive to exceed expectations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a time-sensitive environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, comfortable with phone interactions.
