The Opportunity

The Inside Sales Support Associate works closely with the Distributor Sales Team to drive sales and maintain crucial relationships with internal teams, external sales representatives, and customers. The role involves safeguarding the customer experience and promoting Keystone’s Light Made Easy promise.

Your Impact

• Analyze customer sales data to identify trends and opportunities with management.
• Initiate sales opportunities with existing and new customers via outbound cold calling and inbound calls.
• Manage new price requests and maintain customer information and pricing records within CRM software.
• Serve as a liaison between Sales Agencies, Distributors, and Territory Managers.
• Respond to questions regarding existing orders promptly via email or phone.
• Follow up on sample requests and quotes promptly, adhering to Keystone policies.
• Check order and stock availability, communicating status to customers and internal stakeholders.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Lighting industry experience and product knowledge are required.
• 1-2 years of inside sales experience.
• Outstanding customer service skills, with quick response times, clear communication, and a drive to exceed expectations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a time-sensitive environment.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, comfortable with phone interactions.
