  • This is a permanent remote position. Please note this position requires travel to the Headquarters in Lansdale, PA for onboarding and training during the first week. Do not apply unless you can travel to Headquarters during this period.

The Opportunity

The Inside Sales Support Associate works closely with the Distributor Sales Team to drive sales and maintain relationships with internal teams, external sales reps, and customers. The role focuses on safeguarding the customer experience and promoting Keystone’s Light Made Easy promise.

Your Impact
  • Analyze customer sales data to identify trends and opportunities with management.
  • Initiate sales opportunities via outbound cold calling and inbound calls.
  • Manage new price requests and maintain customer records using CRM software.
  • Serve as liaison between Sales Agencies, Distributors, and Territory Managers.
  • Respond to questions regarding orders via email or phone promptly.
  • Follow up on sample requests and quotes timely, adhering to Keystone policies.
  • Check order and stock availability, communicating updates to customers and stakeholders.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
  • Lighting industry experience and product knowledge are required.
  • 1-2 years of inside sales experience.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, rapid response, clear communication, and a drive to exceed expectations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a time-sensitive environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills for phone interactions.
