  • This is a permanent remote position. Please note this position requires travel to the Headquarters location (Lansdale, PA) for onboarding and training during the first week. Please do not apply unless you are able to travel to Headquarters during the first week of employment.

The Opportunity

The Inside Sales Support Associate works closely with the Distributor Sales Team to drive sales and maintain relationships with the internal team, external sales representatives, and customers. This role promotes Keystone’s Light Made Easy promise and safeguards the customer experience.

Your Impact
  • Analyze customer sales data to identify trends and opportunities with management
  • Initiate sales opportunities via outbound cold calling and inbound calls
  • Manage price requests and maintain customer records within CRM software
  • Serve as liaison between Sales Agencies, Distributors & Territory Managers
  • Respond to questions about orders via email or phone in a timely manner
  • Follow up on sample requests and quotes promptly
  • Check order and stock availability and communicate status to customers and stakeholders
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Lighting industry experience and product knowledge required
  • 1-2 years of inside sales experience
  • Excellent customer service skills with rapid response and clear communication
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment
  • Comfortable with phone interactions and verbal communication skills
