Note: This is a permanent remote position. However, it requires travel to the Headquarters in Lansdale, PA for onboarding and training during the first week. Please do not apply unless you are able to travel during this period.

Must have lighting/electrical industry experience to be considered.

The Opportunity

The Inside Sales Support Associate works closely with the Distributor Sales Team to drive sales and maintain relationships with internal teams, external sales reps, and customers. This role promotes Keystone’s Light Made Easy promise and safeguards the customer experience.

Your Impact
  • Analyze customer sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Initiate sales via outbound cold calling and inbound calls.
  • Manage price requests and maintain customer records in CRM.
  • Serve as liaison between sales agencies, distributors, and territory managers.
  • Respond to order inquiries promptly via email or phone.
  • Follow up on samples and quotes timely per Keystone policies.
  • Check order and stock availability, communicate status to customers and stakeholders.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Lighting industry experience and product knowledge required.
  • 1-2 years of inside sales experience.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, quick responses, clear communication, and a drive to exceed expectations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a time-sensitive environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills for phone interactions.
