The Inside Sales Support Associate works closely with the Distributor Sales Team to drive sales and maintain relationships with internal teams, external sales representatives, and customers. This role is vital for safeguarding the customer experience and promoting Keystone’s Light Made Easy promise.

Your Impact:

• Analyze customer sales data to identify trends and opportunities with management.
• Initiate sales opportunities via outbound cold calls and inbound inquiries.
• Manage pricing requests and maintain accurate customer records using CRM software.
• Serve as a liaison between Sales Agencies, Distributors, and Territory Managers.
• Respond promptly to questions about existing orders via email or phone.
• Follow up on sample requests and new quotes according to Keystone policies.
• Check stock availability and communicate updates to customers and stakeholders.

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Lighting industry experience and product knowledge (required).
• 1-2 years of inside sales experience.
• Outstanding customer service skills with quick response times and clear communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a time-sensitive environment.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, comfortable with phone interactions.
