Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Prepare, send, and follow up on customer quotes.
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for timely order fulfillment.
• Resolve order, pricing, and shipment-related issues.
• Maintain customer information within the ERP system.
• Assist with product information and pricing updates.
• Complete invoicing and communicate shipping details to customers.
