The Home Depot is seeking an Inside Sales Support Representative to back Outside Sales with consultative support, quotes, and order management. You will help grow managed account portfolios and build strong relationships across teams.

In this role you will use CRM and telephony tools to create timely quotes, process sales orders, resolve issues, and ensure smooth project execution from start to finish, while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally permitted to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: customer service or retail home improvement experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative support to Outside Sales and maintain account relationships.
• Prepare accurate quotes, process sales orders, and follow up post-sale.
• Assist with issue resolution and execute the project cycle end-to-end.
