Job summary

Rumpke Waste and Recycling in Columbus, OH is seeking an Inside Sales Supervisor to lead the in-office sales team across multiple lines of business. You will coach staff, drive key performance indicators, and ensure high-quality customer service for new and existing customers.

The role focuses on developing sales strategies, monitoring CRM data, and collaborating with other departments to resolve issues and improve retention and revenue. Travel between offices may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of high-volume inside sales or sales support experience.
• Previous supervision/management experience preferred.
• Experience using a company-wide CRM or database.

Responsibilities

• Manage inside sales staff across lines of business.
• Coach, train, and motivate associates to ensure great customer experience.
• Oversee leads from inbound, outbound, digital, referrals, and other sources.
• Monitor KPIs and sales performance.
• Maintain CRM database and ensure data accuracy.
• Provide leadership and set performance expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
