Rumpke Waste and Recycling in Columbus, OH is seeking an Inside Sales Retention Representative to protect revenue and grow existing accounts. You will manage retention opportunities, negotiate pricing, and document activity in the CRM.

This role collaborates with Sales and Operations to resolve issues, track performance against goals, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining schedules and compliance.

Formación

• 2 years inside sales or account management experience preferred
• Experience in customer retention or inbound sales preferred
• Ability to travel between offices as required

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound and outbound retention opportunities, including cancellations
• Proactively contact existing customers to identify retention opportunities
• Negotiate pricing and service changes while protecting revenue and margin
• Manage renewals and changes for assigned existing accounts
• Document all customer interactions and renewals in CRM
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to resolve issues
