Job summary

Rumpke Waste and Recycling in Columbus seeks an Inside Sales Supervisor to provide in‑office leadership for all lines of business and activities handled by the Inside Sales team. You will oversee KPIs, retention, and sales activity while coaching staff to ensure top-notch customer experiences.

The role requires 3-4 years in a high‑volume Inside Sales environment, prior supervisory experience, and CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years’ experience in a high volume Inside Sales, Sales Support, Administrative, or similar, required.
• Previous supervisor/management experience highly preferred.
• Previous experience using a company wide CRM or database management system.

Responsibilities

• Manage inside sales staff across all lines of business.
• Coach and motivate associates to deliver excellent customer service.
• Oversee leads from all sources and drive sales activity.
• Monitor KPIs, retention, and reporting of results.
• Oversee CRM usage and data integrity.
