Job summary

Arrow Building Center, part of the US LBM family, is seeking a Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive sales, and manage staff across the location. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct daily store operations, sales, service, and staffing.
• Instruct and train managers and supervisors.
• Monitor inventory, sales, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Prepare and manage location budget, review variances.
