PLS Logistics Services in Philadelphia is seeking Sales Representatives to grow our client base and ship freight nationwide. This inside sales role includes paid training, a starting salary of $52,000 and a $1,000 signing bonus.

You’ll earn uncapped commissions, have full medical, dental and vision coverage, and enjoy unlimited PTO, ongoing sales and logistics training, and clear opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
• Self-motivated.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow a client portfolio by cold calling and developing relationships.
• Negotiate pricing and close deals to move shipments.
• Provide exceptional client service and resolve issues to final satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Logistics Coordinators to handle loads and opportunities.
