Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (preferred).
• 2 years cold calling experience required.
• Self-motivated and driven.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ship freight nationwide as a trusted resource and 24/7/365 support.
• Develop a portfolio of clients through cold calling using provided leads.
• Negotiate pricing to close deals with customers.
• Take ownership of client service issues until resolution.
• Collaborate with Logistics Coordinators to win more business and manage workload.
• Maintain accurate updates in the tracking system throughout the day.
