You will sell products and services via telephone, email, and fax, while collaborating with Field Sales, Product Management and Sales Management to grow customer penetration and achieve sales objectives. The role emphasizes building relationships, providing timely quotes, processing orders accurately, and expanding product knowledge to discuss options with customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years sales experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to type 40 words per minute.
• Knowledge of pricing, quotes and order processing.

Responsibilities

• Sell TTI products and services via phone, email, and fax.
• Provide price and delivery quotes within customer timelines.
• Process orders accurately and on time in the sales database.
• Expand product knowledge and discuss options with customers.
• Support Field Sales Representatives and management with forecasts.
• Build new customer leads from various sources and grow the account base.
• Attend sales calls with Field Sales Representatives to strengthen relationships.
• Follow quality processes to minimize errors and meet delivery targets.
