Job summary

QXO is a leading distributor and installer of building products seeking a customer service and inside sales associate in Augusta, GA. You will handle quotes, orders, returns, and inquiries, while supporting the Outside Sales team and coordinating deliveries with operations.

Ideal applicants have prior front-line customer service and sales experience, with construction/materials familiarity and Spanish bilingual ability as a plus. Training and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous front-line customer service and sales experience.
• Experience or familiarity with construction or building materials is a plus.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Strong communication and follow-up with customers, vendors, and team.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries and corrections.
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives.
• Coordinate delivery and pick up of orders with operations teams.
• Provide support to Outside Sales team.
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services.
