Briggs Inc of Omaha is seeking an Inside Sales professional for the West Omaha area. The role focuses on handling inside sales calls, entering orders, and sourcing products to improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include supporting outside sales, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining knowledge of products. Strong MS Office skills and the ability to multi-task are essential for success.

Qualifications

• College degree or related work experience required.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience or training suggested.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems promptly.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Prioritize and plan to use time efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and follow directions.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming sales calls, price, enter, and pull customer orders as needed.
• Support outside sales with quotes, stock list quotations and submittal docs.
• Attend customers quickly and pursue counter specials.
• Write/pull purchase orders, enter orders and bids, process cash sales.
• Coordinate deliveries with warehouse and support product knowledge.
• Deliver materials to customer locations and job sites when required.
• Assist with multitasking amid interruptions and changing priorities.
