Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
0-3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role.
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
Log quotes into the system and ensure prompt submission to customers.
Contact customers to follow up on submitted quotes and gather feedback.
Accurately enter customer feedback into the CRM system.
Regularly update outside sales representatives on quote statuses.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Identify opportunities to improve quote follow-up processes.
Assist with preparing sales reports and tracking performance.
