Job summary

DSA Doors is seeking a friendly Inside Sales Representative to join our Raleigh, NC team. You’ll handle quotes, pricing, product details, and order updates, and support our custom project team on unique orders.

As part of the sales group, you’ll be the first contact for customers and work to ensure satisfaction through accurate CRM/ERP entry, timely updates, and upselling where appropriate. This onsite role is Monday–Friday, full-time.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or practical experience in inside sales or customer service

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customer calls and emails
• Prepare and send quotes, pricing, product info, and lead times
• Enter accurate customer orders in the CRM/ERP system
• Provide updates on order status, shipping, or changes
• Look for opportunities to upsell or add complementary products
• Keep detailed notes in the CRM for visibility and follow-up
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Send samples, catalogs, or product information as needed
• Assist the Custom/Project Sales team with non-standard or unique customer requests
• Help prepare custom quotes, RFQs, and submittals
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, and Customer Service for accurate project details
• Track project timelines and ensure customers receive updates
• Support smooth handoffs from quote to production
