Super-Sod in Raleigh, NC is seeking an Inside Service Representative I to be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail setting. You will greet walk-ins, process orders, answer product questions, and help maintain a welcoming storefront for residential and landscaping customers.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and turfgrass product knowledge, with full-time hours and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school degree and business discipline.
• Customer Service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers as they enter the Super-Sod stores.
• Operates curbside, counter sales and on the yard as needed.
• Collects information specific to the customers’ lawn care needs both in-person and over the phone; directs request to appropriate turfgrass professional.
• Processes orders using Point of Sale system.
• Assist customers with questions relating to delivery, availability or price discrepancies.
• Maintains storefront, displays and inside working areas to keep spaces clean and accessible by employees and customers.
