Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a sales support or customer service role.
• Experience in a target-driven sales environment preferred.
• Knowledge of sales techniques such as prospecting, negotiation, persuasion, and closing.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Willingness to perform physical work during training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage detailed pricing proposals and quotations across projects.
• Support new sales opportunities by monitoring bids and researching projects.
• Provide product and technical information to outside sales to generate sales.
• Develop and maintain customer documentation with product details.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams for orders and issues.
• Oversee the Order-to-Invoice cycle and ensure quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements.
• Maintain regular attendance and complete other duties.
• This role involves training in the warehouse, yard, and at the sales counter.
