The role involves duties across warehouse, yard, and sales counter with emphasis on accuracy, communication, and timely order fulfillment. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in sales support or customer service.
• Waterworks or construction experience a plus.
• Ability to transition between warehouse, yard, counter and administrative duties.
• Knowledge of sales techniques: prospecting, negotiation, closing.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage detailed pricing proposals and quotations for products and services across projects.
• Support new sales opportunities by monitoring bids, researching projects, and assisting with prospecting efforts.
• Provide product and technical information to outside sales representatives to support sales in the utility market segment.
• Develop and maintain customer documentation outlining product information and solution details.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams for timely order fulfillment and issue resolution.
• Oversee the full Order-to-Invoice cycle and ensure quality standards and corrective actions are managed.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental requirements.
