Job summary

Hughes Exterminators in Land O' Lakes, FL, is hiring a full-time Inside Sales Representative to sell additional services to existing and former customers by phone and to support service centers with scheduling and payment data. You will handle outbound and inbound calls, meet daily call volume targets, enroll customers in services, and collaborate with Outside Sales to generate leads.

Strong customer service and data entry are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Previous customer service experience preferred
• Excellent telephone skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
• Able to pass internal technical exams
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) workweek

Responsibilities

• Sell additional services to existing and former customers by phone
• Provide administrative support to service centers by answering phones, scheduling services, and managing payment data
• Meet daily call volume standards
• Partner with Outside Sales by generating leads and appointments
• Document interactions and call activity in the CRM
• Assist with scheduling, billing, and problem resolution for the administrative team
