Hughes Exterminators is seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative to upsell services to existing and former customers by phone and provide administrative support to service centers. You will answer calls, schedule services, and manage payment data, while meeting daily call-volume standards.

The role offers hourly compensation plus commissions and requires strong customer service and basic computer skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent telephone skills and clear communication.
• Basic computer and data-entry abilities.
• Ability to pass state licensing/certification exams.
• Ability to pass internal technical exams.

Responsibilities

• Sell additional services to existing and former customers by phone.
• Provide administrative support to service centers.
• Answer phones, schedule services, and manage payment data.
• Meet daily call volume and service targets.
• Document interactions in the CRM and assist scheduling/billing.
