Rentokil North America Pest Control is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to sell and upsell pest management services and products to residential prospects and current clients. The role emphasizes meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs while maintaining a customer-focused service approach.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years in a fast-paced sales environment, call center experience, and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years successful experience at a rapidly growing professional sales organization.
• 1+ years Call center experience.
• Proven history of driving sales results and achieving goals.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell Pest Management Services and upsell products to residential prospects and current clientele.
• Meet or exceed baseline sales targets and KPIs.
• Follow the Inside Sales 6 Step Sales Approach and respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
• Handle inbound calls and convert inquiries to Year Round Protection Plan; follow up on orders.
