Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to coordinate activities across selling, engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams for Chippewa Falls customers. You will respond to RFQs, enter sales orders in Oracle, and ensure lead times are met.

You will handle consignment transactions, changes, and returns, while maintaining strong communication with customers and internal departments. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 1+ year in customer service or related roles.

Qualifications

• PCB manufacturing knowledge and understanding of the competitive PCB market.
• Ability to use spreadsheets and word processing software; internet-enabled.
• Strong communication to mediate, negotiate and coordinate with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of selling teams, Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing for assigned customers.
• Process RFQs and input quotes; respond with final quotations within lead times.
• Enter and track sales orders in Oracle; coordinate with Production Control on lead times.
• Manage consignment transactions and monitor shipments to ensure on-time invoicing.
• Process customer changes, expedites, pushes, cancels, and holds with proper approvals.
• Monitor order status and keep customers informed; handle returns and RMA processes.
• Resolve AR issues and shipping problems; support on-site customer reviews when needed.
