Job summary

Koch Air is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to successfully meet our customers’ parts, supplies, and equipment needs. You will provide excellent service and professional interaction, review and process orders, and provide accurate quotations for parts and residential and light commercial equipment.

You will work with all internal teams to ensure orders are processed timely and accurately, support price study and quotation maintenance, and help convert customer information into sales

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• Ability to use PC and Microsoft Office suite.
• HVAC knowledge a plus!

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and professional interaction via all forms of communication.
• Review and process orders from customers and sales teams.
• Provide accurate quotations for parts, supplies, residential and light commercial equipment.
• Provide quotation maintenance and price study support.
• Provide general customer inquiry support for order entry, pricing, and marketing.
• Work with all internal teams to ensure customers’ orders are processed timely and accurately.
• Provide primary support for parts, supplies, residential and light commercial products to TMs and other sales teams as needed.
