Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in metals industry.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient computer skills: typing, Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Source material and create stock and non-stock purchases.
• Maintain pipe, flange, and fittings inventory at turnover rate.
• Attend sales group meetings.
• Capture accurate CRM information.
• Quote and manage order execution from start to finish.
• Coordinate with traffic to insure on-time delivery.
• Communicate market information and capture feedback.
• Provide competitor pricing and equipment feedback.
• Establish relationships with new customers and service existing base.
• Manage database of potential customers and contact regularly.
• Team with Outside Sales to build pipeline and close sales.
• Make outbound calls to prospects.
• Relay suggestions or complaints to Quality/Operations.
• Use CRM to track important customer touches.
• Support the Quality System of the Company.
