Job summary

MicroGenDX is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to grow an assigned territory of medical specialty physicians and clinics. You will develop new business through inbound leads, outbound outreach, email campaigns, and social media while supporting and expanding relationships with existing providers.

The ideal candidate can explain scientific information clearly, manage a sales pipeline with discipline, and thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment across multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in life sciences, business, or related field.
• Experience in healthcare or medical sales, preferably outpatient physician practices, with a track record of meeting sales goals.
• Experience selling innovative or disruptive technologies in competitive markets.
• Familiarity with infectious disease specialties and clinical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities through inbound leads, outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
• Research target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and build interest with prospective providers.
• Sell, onboard, train, and service physicians, clinics, and practice staff throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Deliver tailored online demonstrations addressing clinical and business needs.
• Maintain accurate lead, pipeline, and CRM records of activities and outcomes.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer service, lab operations, and other teams for smooth onboarding.
• Handle inbound prospect calls and convert qualified opportunities into sales.
• Adhere to HIPAA and verify authorization before sharing account information.
