Job summary

Everwood Preserving, Inc. is seeking an inside sales representative to join the team at our Spanish Fort, AL office.

You will process a high volume of orders, answer technical questions, estimate lead times, and maintain strong customer relationships to support sales and production. You will work closely with sales, production, and transportation teams to provide excellent service and accurate information to dealers in AL, MS, LA, and FL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years related experience in lumber/building materials preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume order-entry environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of orders and sales data via phone/email/online.
• Answer technical questions and advise customers on suitable products.
• Estimate lead times and delivery dates based on production schedules.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support sales.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and transportation teams to meet customer needs.
• Investigate and resolve customer service issues as they arise.
