Job summary

Great Southern Wood Preserving, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to build strong customer relationships and generate new business for the plant. This full-time role supports Inside Sales and travels to customer functions as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–2 years of related experience in the treated lumber industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
• Call on potential and existing customers by phone and in person.
• Communicate Great Southern's value and product offerings to customers.
• Identify new sales opportunities and product lines.
• Quote prices, terms, and prepare sales orders; report and track transactions.
• Coordinate delivery estimates with production schedules and customers.
• Support inside sales reps and participate in weekly sales meetings.
