The position requires 1–3 years in sales support or customer service, strong organization, and effective communication with internal teams. Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30am to 5pm, on-site in New Castle, PA.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a sales support, customer service, or related role.
• Experience with Industrial Pipes, Valves and Fittings preferred.
• Experience in a target-driven sales environment preferred.
• Developing knowledge of sales techniques such as prospecting, negotiation, persuasion, and closing.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; PM experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage pricing proposals and quotations across projects.
• Support new sales opportunities by monitoring bids and researching projects.
• Provide product and technical information to outside sales reps to drive sales in the utility market.
• Maintain customer documentation with product details and solutions.
• Act as liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure order fulfillment and issue resolution.
• Oversee Order-to-Invoice cycle and uphold quality standards; manage corrective actions and field reports.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements.
• Maintain regular attendance and perform other duties as assigned.
