Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support customers, determine the best products and solutions, and coordinate deliveries.

You will provide timely quotations and accurate sales orders, while leveraging CRM and phone systems to resolve inquiries. With 3–5 years of sales or customer service experience and knowledge of industrial pipes, valves and fittings, you will upsell and build lasting relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
• 3-5 years of Industrial Pipes, Valves and Fitting knowledge preferred.
• Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner.
• Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment & follow through on commitments.
• Highly motivated and customer service oriented mentality with ability to build relationships is a plus.
• General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.

Monday- Friday 7am -4pm

Pay Range:

• $18.71 - $29.92 - Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
• This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
• Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
