Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of Industrial Pipes, Valves and Fitting knowledge preferred.
• Strong sales skills including the ability to upsell.
• Proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs and make timely decisions.
• Fast-paced environment and ability to follow through on commitments.
• Customer-focused with relationship-building mindset.
• General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.

Responsibilities

• Support customer needs by determining best products and solutions with Sales associates.
• Deliver personalized service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
