Job summary

Design Air in Madison, WI is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to interact with customers by phone or in person, providing accurate information and generating orders during regular business hours. Qualifications

• 3 years related industry or equivalent field work experience.
• HAVC knowledge is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Promptly answer calls, emails, and texts from customers and follow up as needed.
• Assist customers in person with placing orders and answering questions.
• Provide information on products, pricing, availability, applications, and delivery.
• Generate orders by phone or in person based on customer needs and recommendations.
• Provide accurate item availability and delivery timelines when required.
• Manage assigned house accounts to grow sales.
• Assist warehouse with order pulling and processing based on call volume.
• May work on special projects as assigned.
