Job summary

Crescent Electric Supply Co is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to respond to customer inquiries, close profitable sales orders, and process orders with accuracy. You will review orders to meet customer needs, follow through on delivery commitments, and communicate information clearly to customers and fulfillment staff.

You will sell products, offer add-ons, work with branch personnel on competitive quotations, and conduct sales ethically to reflect well on Crescent Electric.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Sales experience preferred and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and close profitable sales orders.
• Review orders to ensure customer needs are met and communicate delivery information clearly to customers and fulfillment staff.
