Qualifications

• Related sales experience preferred and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Exceptional phone and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist and resolve customer requests and/or problems promptly and professionally.
• Help customers determine Crescent Electric products and services to meet their needs.
• Work with Purchasing Department, account managers, quotations specialists, product champions, and branch staff to provide competitive quotations.
• Continuously develop knowledge of Crescent product inventory, its location in the facility, and sales techniques.
