Crescent Electric Supply Company is hiring for an Inside Sales - Counter Sales Representative to assist customers in person and over the phone, enter orders, and ensure timely delivery. You will collaborate with multiple departments to prepare competitive quotes and expand product knowledge while supporting fast, accurate service.

The role emphasizes professional communication, problem resolution, and a proactive approach to meeting customer needs across the branch and warehouse environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Related sales experience preferred and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Exceptional phone and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist and resolve customer requests and/or problems in a prompt and professional manner.
• Help customers determine and select the best solution of Crescent Electric products and services to meet their needs.
• Work with Purchasing Department, account managers, quotations specialists, product champions, and other branch personnel to provide competitive quotations.
• Continuously develop knowledge of Crescent product inventory, its location in the facility, and sales techniques.
