Job summary

Sonepar USA, Inc. in Mesa, AZ is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to build customer relationships by phone and in-person visits, process orders, and identify opportunities for additional product sales.

You will liaise with multiple departments to ensure accurate pricing, delivery, and service, while maintaining high customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication, math, and team skills, plus proficiency in Codale computer systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals and technical procedures.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from small groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Ability to perform math functions representative of the postion.
• Possess in depth knowledge of Codale computer systems, Microsoft Office, etc.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers by phone or in person to receive orders for products.
• Solicit sale of new or additional products.
• Liaison between the customer and Codale departments including credit purchasing, warehouse, outside sales and management.
• Prepare price quotations and delivery terms for standard or non-standard merchandise.
• Follow up on quotations to write orders and resolve issues.
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and resolve problems promptly.
