• Familiarity with Codale computer systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Establishes or improves relationships with customers by phone and visits.

• Maintain professional interactions and represent goodwill of the company.
• Coordinate between customer and internal departments (credit, warehouse, outside sales).
• Explain product features, provide quotations and process orders.
